We're Nexerve Ltd, a web hosting company registered in England and Wales. When we say "we", "us", or "our", that's who we mean. "You" means you — our customer.
By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Definitions
The basics
You must be at least 18 to use our services.
Your credentials are your responsibility.
Keep your account details correct and current.
Our uptime commitment
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime, measured monthly. If we fall short, you get service credits:
Credits must be requested within 30 days and apply to future invoices. Scheduled maintenance is excluded.
Payment & pricing
Your hosting price won't increase while you're an active customer.
- All prices in GBP, excluding VAT unless stated
- Payment due in advance
- Services suspended after 7 days overdue
- 30-day refund for new customers (domains excluded)
Acceptable use
Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Break the rules and we may suspend or terminate your services.
Backups & data
Automated backups of all accounts, retained for 14 days. But you should maintain your own backups too — we're not liable for data loss.
Your content
You own your content. We don't claim any rights to it. You simply grant us permission to host and display it — that's the service you're paying for.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before any issue arose. We're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or data.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via your portal or support
- We can terminate immediately for violations
- 30 days to retrieve your data after termination
Legal jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them with 30 days notice.
