This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. It protects you, us, and everyone else using our platform.
Violations may result in suspension or termination — sometimes immediately, without refund.
Prohibited content
You cannot host any of the following:
Pirated software, copyright infringement, fraud, anything violating UK law.
Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Malware, viruses, phishing pages, exploits.
Content promoting violence or discrimination.
False statements damaging someone's reputation.
Prohibited activities
No unsolicited bulk email. Getting our IPs blacklisted means instant suspension.
No DDoS, port scanning, or disrupting network performance.
No crypto mining. Don't impact other customers.
No unauthorized access attempts or security scanning on systems you don't own.
No open proxies or TOR exit nodes for masking malicious activity.
Email rules
- Comply with UK anti-spam laws (PECR) and GDPR
- Mailing lists must be opt-in with proof of consent
- Include working unsubscribe links
- We can suspend email if we detect abuse
Resource usage
Shared hosting means sharing resources fairly. Don't use them in ways that affect other customers. Hitting limits consistently? We may ask you to upgrade.
Crypto mining is prohibited on all plans.
Security
You're responsible for WordPress, plugins, themes — everything. Outdated software creates vulnerabilities. Compromised accounts may be suspended until fixed.
